The "DJ Citizen" name was used for DJing at alternative music club nights & radioshows during the 1990s-2000s. The associated title was "J Citizen". In the early 00s "DJ Citizen" was employed to release some of the music produced by the "EYE" music project - to showcase some of the "Aggrotech PowerNoise Glitch-Hop" that was made during a time when some of EYE's Electro-Punk-Hip-Hop-Protest-Rock music was being featured on national radio stations in Australia and abroad.

In retrospect the music released as "DJ Citizen" was an offshoot or successor of EYE's earlier sibling project "AYA" - whose focus was on instrumental dark electronic music - www.BlatantPropaganda.org/music/aya/

Later on tracks that were released under the title of DJ Citizen & AYA were reabsorbed on EYE releases.

After a break of several years from DJing the "DJ Robot" title was used during the 2000s for DJing at alternative music clubs and radio programs.

Later on the 2 names were merged to become "Robot Citizen."
